Do you handle new construction?
Yes, and there is a lot of it in Otsego, Corcoran and Dayton right now. The thing to understand is that the builder's purchase agreement is the builder's document. Knowing what is negotiable, what the allowances really cover and what happens if the completion date slips is most of the value on a new build.
